Mobile Apparelist , in consultation with you, will recommend how many staff and heat presses are needed to setup at your event. We will tell you the amount of space and power needed to support your event safely and comfortably. With as little as a 10x10 space, or in the foyer outside of a banquet hall, we can support smaller events with as little as one press or large-scale events where multiple decoration stations can exist with multiple heat presses.

Once we determine the through-put capacity needed, based on the number of shirts and guests attending, we can begin the process of identifying the goals for your event. We will work with you to identify various shirt styles, colors, and fits. Perhaps hats, beanies, blankets, tote bags, etc. We are not just limited to shirts. We will also work with you and your design team on creating different design types that we can press. Once all these decisions are made, we will handle the rest. We will place the order for the garments, do any final graphic design checks and get the films printed.

On the day of the event, we will arrive a couple of hours in advance to set up our heat presses, tables, shirts, and work with you on how to manage and collect the funds (where applicable).

Your guests will see firsthand the garments, select their color, they will also have a chance to select their graphic from a choice of designs. Once the decision is made, they will give their selection and payment to one of the attendants and we will press on demand. Usually once materials are in place, we can have a shirt ready in about 1 minute. We can also work with your volunteers or workers to help speed up the ordering process to increase the throughput capacity, in order to get more orders in during the time frame we are set up.
