Guests choose their size and color of garment options which has been previously agreed on by event planners. We recommend having 3-4 different colored shirts of the same style.

Guests can choose the graphic design or logo of their choice. These graphics can be provided by you, or we can create them. Different colored graphics are available at your event and will samples will be on display for them to preview.

The order is placed with our attendants supporting your event and the shirt and graphic is pressed right there for all to see. We have an option where the guests can get hands-on and press their own shirts.

In approx 1.5 minutes the shirt will be ready for the guest to collect and wear. Your guest will now have their own custom made branded apparel.

Our basic setup is pretty simple and doesn't take a lot of space. We have the ability to work indoor or outdoor, depending on your needs.
The graphics transfer.
We utilize high quality full color heat transfer graphics called "Direct to Film" or DTF. There are various ink process available like sublimation, digital screen printing "plastisol", and full resolution color inks for detailed graphics.
These are very fast to transfer, soft on the garment, leave no odor, does not require large equipment, and are not limited to a certain number of colors like traditional screen printing methods.
We work with you to review the various apparel options. You can choose the style and colors from our large catalog of garments. Depending on the graphic design, we will recommend the right method of printing for the best quality and result.
You provide us with several different vector graphics. Most of the time they are provided by your art department. Some may be different versions of the same theme, or colors. If you would like us to bring you options for graphics, we can provide graphic design service. We can test print on your shirts to ensure the proper look and quality of your design.

Make your next T-shirt event giveaway a fun experience by giving guests the opportunity to create their shirt onsite. We charge an onsite fee depending on hours and wholesale cost of shirt and graphic. Any leftover shirts go back with a minum restocking fee to minimize lost cost and overage to you.
Raise money by selling custom designed t-shirts at your fundraiser or charity event with Mobile Apparelist. We offer a profit share model where you retain a majority percentage of all profits from sales after initial costs. You set the price per shirt and we do the rest.
Looking to sell your merch at a live event, fair or sporting event? You can offer more options and choices on demand without premaking and losing a bunch of unsold branded shirts. We charge a nominal setup fee and do a revenue share where you keep most of the revenue after material costs.
